Saturday selfie dump (including some unfiltered nudes) ❤️ + candid vent: Hit a major milestone in my weightloss goals this morning and I was feeling it. I just got a *fancy* scale last weekend and learned that I'm way more muscular than I expected (since BMI has me squarely in the overweight range still 🤣). I just started working out again last month and I've worked a desk job for 6 years (retail before that). I was kinda active growing up (dance/gymnastics mainly) but never super athletic (I'm not really coordinated). So it was absolutely stunning for me to look into it and learn that I'm supposedly more muscular than 95% of women my height (according to the studies I read, if I trust my scale). I've been "overweight" since I was around 19 (I'm 31) so my worldview has shifted radically this past week. Obviously, I still have work to do, but today I'm feeling good ☺️
