I’ve been having to tweak what I’ve been eating. Basically anything that sits in my stomach is out🙄😖. So always feeling hungry or like tummy is empty.😩😩😩😩

Positive note… I’m down only 3lbs, but down .9% body fat and up.5% muscle 😁. I’m good with the workouts, it’s the repetitive and restricted food that is giving me issues. And trying to get in 190 grams of protein 😬. I weigh 142. I’m thinking she’s wanting me in 120’s😱

2024-08-16 02:25:12 +0000 UTC View PostI’m stoked that I’m seeing some cuts in my upper thighs when I’m posing. I’m kinda miffed at the trainer. She has my meal plan with my calories about 1400. I burn 2200-2400 calories/ day. I should only be about 400-600 deficit. And my macros she has me 55% protein/30%carbs/15% fats. From what I’ve been reading to maximize muscle retention, it should be more 40/30/30. And working out 2 hrs+ a day is just unacceptable! You can get in a great workout in 1hr20min-1.30. Needless to say, next time I’ll properly vet a coach to get me through this process. In the meantime, I’m making my own adjustments and going to do more research. And this is probably why I’m such the strong willed woman that I am because I’ve spent a lifetime of doing shit myself and getting shit done🤨

Odd the weight will go up 1.3lbs then down the next day by the same…I know it’s just water weight fluctuating. I was reading up on what to expect during a bodybuilding cutting before competition. It’s not for the faint of heart. There’s science and pushing yourself and your body through some extremes. I didn’t realize that before. I like to be prepared, but not going to lie that I’m nervous about the latter part of the cut. The whole dehydrating your body can be tricky and dangerous. I’m just going to have to take it day by day.
I know I’ve been falling short of my responsibility to be sexy and give you the sexy vids you desire from me. I’m sorry. I’ve had thoughts of just giving up the page. I suppose my thinking I should be doing more or doing different than what I’ve previously done each time and that can be difficult. What are your thoughts? My subscriber numbers have remained stagnant for about a year, but the vies on posts is what has dropped significantly. This tells me you’re not interested anymore. Anyway, just thinking out loud. I’m already sick of chicken and ground turkey. Only 11 more weeks of eating it daily 😩. I’m eating 300 grams. Should be eating 450 grams which is about 1 pound a day, but choosing protein shake instead. Trainer has me eating over 180 grams of protein a day. I’m taking this challenge one day at a time 😬

Tho the paddle boarding was mostly sun bathing and sleeping on the board in the water 🤣. That’s how relaxing it is 😄. Down 3 lbs for the week so 1 week down 9 more to go. 😬😁

The last pic is meal 3&4 of 5…the amount of chicken I’ve been consuming is about a pound a day. Crazy! I don’t mind the green beans though. Off to the gym this morning. I messaged the trainer to see if it would be feasible for me to compete in bodybuilding competition this Oct. She says she believes it is because I have a lot of muscle already. Some things with workout and nutrition would change and that’s what scares me the most. I’m honestly not sure how well I’d do, but it would be interesting to find out if I’m able to commit to the process. 😬. I’m soooo routine based idk if I need time to prepare for the changes or just go full steam ahead and just suck it up😬. Eeks…😮💨 What are your thoughts?
