Brick workouts are an essential part of triathlon. Spend enough time in each discipline to really get into your rhythm and then switch. 20 minutes bike and 10 minutes run seem to be the happy balance. Then repeat. F1 is... Well F1. I am a pro racing driver... I have raced very cool cars in very cool places around the world. I have won a few championships, coached some F1 drivers (past, present and future!). The world is full of surprises... I enjoyed my role as a Golf Cart drivers this week. I had the honor to play a small role in moving around many people this week, to name a few: Lewis Hamilton, George Russell, Mika Hakkinen, Willy T Ribs, as well as quite a few of the Dolphins players (I don't know them that well...). I also was in close quarters with many others celebrities like Sir Jackie Stewart, Roger Federer, Shakirah, Vin Diesel, Mike Tyson, and many others. It has been a fun time. Hard swim! If training for triathlons... Only do intervals which last at least 3 minutes (3-5) to boost your peak sustainable speed and power. Anything shorter is only boosting your anaerobic system... This was a straight 1000 then 3 sets of 200 with paddles and 200 with fins #nicocoaching #triathlon scroll to see the break down and HR graph.

This motion is key for shoulder stability. Lighter weights for this. I use 5 to 10 lbs dumbbells for this. Keep the elbow at the same height as the shoulder.
