I don’t always manage to clear my mind while meditating, but just the act of sitting still already feels like a break. Especially when I do it out on the grass 🌿
Like, have you seen this marketing scheme of a ?tea? (I guess)? I saw the reels about it today. They placed a drink box and invited people to take a tea brake. Then this box asks them to place a phone inside, locks the box😱, gives a person bottle of tea and starts a timer for 10 min. They say people feel better after such a break. But I guess these people just deny stress of their stolen phone ahahaha. Their phones get back after the timer though.
