Stretching is like therapy for me .. This is something that makes me feel GOOD β€οΈand POWERFUL πͺπΌ. It helps release the tension in my muscles, in my brain, reduces stress and anxiety! I think it works like yoga π§π½ββοΈ for many people including me, but slightly in a contortion way use the same breathing techniques that help me to get away from my thoughts π , plans and problems. When I feel stressed or depressed I put my headphones π§ on with loud music πΆ and stretchπ! What helps you to recharge your energy, brain, thoughts? Any secrets? π€«π
