🇬🇧 The last months have been particularly difficult to deal with for various personal issues...
I'll mention just 2 of them:

My recovery after breast augmentation surgery is slower than expected and I was told by the surgeon-doctor that I MUST REST until June, I can't train, not even my lower body. I have to avoid any effort!
This situation is making me feel again the bad feelings of when we were all in lockdown in 2020. For me, training and keeping moving and active is essential to feel good and have my balance, so not being able to do so makes me suffer a lot!! 😔

The last 10 days were even more difficult because my boyfriend and I had to face a really unpleasant situation, it wasn't even our fault...
We live in a rented apartment and the water and electricity have been cut off for 10 days for unpaid debts that have nothing to do with us, but with the previous tenant!!! Luckily I can shower at friends or relatives and after a certain time I light up the house by candlelight...but I can't use the fridge to keep food and I often suffer from the cold... the situation is becoming unbearable for me! I don't know when we will have power and hot water back, it's not even our fault....

Any form of SUPPORT is more than welcome!

In these days I'm working on a VERY BEAUTIFUL NEW SET, I'm really satisfied with how it's turning out, soon it will be available!

🇮🇹 Gli ultimi mesi sono stati particolarmente difficili da affrontare per diverse questioni personali...ve ne cito giusto 2:

La mia guarigione post intervento di Mastoplastica additiva è più lenta del previsto e mi è stato detto dal chirurgo che DEVO STARE IN ASSOLUTO RIPOSO fino a Giugno, non posso allenarmi, nemmeno la parte bassa del corpo. Devo evitare qualsiasi sforzo. Questa situazione mi sta facendo rivivere le pessime sensazioni di quando eravamo tutti i lockdown. Per me allenarmi e tenermi in movimento è essenziale per stare bene ed avere il mio equilibrio, perciò non poterlo fare mi fa soffrire molto!!

Gli ultimi 10 giorni sono stati ancora più difficili perché io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati ad affrontare una situazione davvero spiacevole, non era neppure colpa nostra... siamo in affitto in un appartamento ed è da 10 giorni che hanno staccato l'acqua calda e la corrente a causa di insoluti che non hanno nulla a che vedere con noi, ma coll'inquilino precedente!!! Fortunatamente riesco a fare la doccia a casa di amici e parenti e dopo una certa ora illumino la casa al lume di candela...ma non posso usare il frigo per mantenere i cibi e soffro molto il freddo...la situazione sta diventando insostenibile per me! Non so quando riavremo corrente ed acqua calda, non è nemmeno colpa nostra....

Ogni forma di SUPPORTO da parte vostra è più che gradita!

In questi giorni sto lavorando ad un NUOVO SET MOLTO BELLO, sono davvero soddisfatta di come sta venendo, presto sarà possibile acquistarlo!
