

Going to be incorporating exercise back into my schedule! Squats and lunges are on the list 👀 I’ll start by mostly doing stretches, planks, squats, and very light dumbbells for arms. For cardio I’m going to be using a skipping rope and will try and do 1000 jumps a day. I really hate exercising, never did get what people love about it, so I’m going easy on myself haha.
