2 weeks post-competition update;
Bodyweight is up about 10lbs most mornings from the lowest I got down to during peak week. Iβd say most of it has gone to filling my booty back up ππ Got about 2 more weeks before I start to increase cardio and pull the diet back in to get ready for the World Championships, letβs see how thicc nβ juicy I can get before then lol.
