

My morning started with waking up at 7:00. I always set my alarm clock for a time when I don't feel tired yet, so that I have time to collect my thoughts and set up for the day. The first thing I do is open the window to let in fresh air and sunlight. It always gives me energy and a positive attitude! After that, I stretch a little bit right in bed and then head to the kitchen for a cup of flavored coffee. Nothing better than a morning coffee to start the day off right! I savor every sip while listening to soft music that fills me with calmness. After breakfast, I usually take some time to myself.🎵 ☕️ ☀️
