

Today was all about slowing down a bit and rebooting 🧘♀️✨. I started the morning with a cup of green tea and a book I've been wanting to read for a while - The Psychology of Influence by Cialdini 📖. These moments of silence and concentration are so powerful in inspiring new ideas and helping me gather my thoughts. After lunch I decided to do something creative and painted a small picture 🎨. It was a simple experiment with colors, but it fascinated me so much that I didn't even notice how time flew by. I ended the day by putting on some French music to set the mood and repeating a few new phrases, as my goal is to be fluent in this language 🇫🇷.
